Dr. Norman Mukasa is a visiting scholar at GESIS in Cologne and a part time lecturer of International Politics (2022) at Cologne Business School. He is affiliated to Muteesa I Royal University (MRU) and Bugema University (BU) in Uganda. Norman is an active member of the International Network for Interdisciplinary Research on Children Born of War (INIRC-CBOW), the Children Born of War (CBOW) Project, the East Africa Scientific Research Network (EASRN) and the African Scientists Directory among others. He is currently developing a post-doctoral research project entitled: “African Children Born of War: Needs and Risks Associated with Perpetrator Identities”.
